Our History In a Nutshell
We started our activities in 2015 under the name Energy Conservation Source (ECS). ECS began as a collaboration between two experienced engineers who were full of creative ideas and ready to step up the availability of solar in the MidWest. The goal was to assist clients to benefit from the economic advantages of going solar by tailoring projects to meet their individual needs and providing our region with clean, independent energy options. In 2024, as we continued to grow and evolve, we decided to rebrand/update our name to SunMatic Solar. This was to simplify our name, and align it with some of the unique traits of solar energy:
